I started this platform because I realized how isolating the early stages of a creative career can feel, especially in film and entertainment.

There’s so much pressure to already be successful, connected, and confident. But for many of us, the reality looks more like:

• learning as we go

• applying and hearing nothing back

• trying to stay encouraged while building something meaningful

And honestly, I wanted to create the kind of space I needed during that process. A space where conversations could be real.
Where growth didn’t have to look perfect and where creatives could feel seen while still becoming.

I’m still on the journey myself, and that’s what makes this platform personal to me.
