Hello, my name is Michelle Carter. Creator of the podcast "Creatives on the Come Up". I am someone who is working towards a career in film production, and trying to reach my career ambitions. The goal of this podcast is to hopefully be encouraging, informative, and entertaining to listeners. Getting into any career is not easy, but that is especially true for people who are pursing a career in a creative industry. Trust me, I know from experience. Everyone has a destination that they want to get to, but sometimes it isn't about the destination. Real growth is in the lessons we learn on the journey.
